shipping
standard aus shipping prices ranges around $12 depending on the size and weight of the piece. international shipping is available worldwide on listed pieces in the shop. prices and fees may change on custom items depending on the size, weight, and lodging/tax fees.
local pickup is available on request, please send me a message.
once the package has been sent via auspost the responsibility of the package is no longer in my hands. you will be provided a tracking number via email with every order. if the package is lost, delayed i will always try my best to accommodate you by making a lodge with auspost and assist in attempts to track it down to the best of my ability.
if the package arrives broken/damaged in any way, you will be required to lodge a case with auspost and provide me with the case number. after receiving the case number i will then be able to remake the exact piece again (please take into consideration that each item is handmade and may not be precise and identical to the piece before, but will try my best) + please allow 4-6 weeks for this to completed.
if the package is not claimed and returned back to me you will be required to pay an additional shipping fee for the package to be resent to you.
customs
when ordering a custom order, you will be required to make a deposit before i can start working on the order to secure the commission spot. the price of the deposit will be determined from the total price of the piece.
when ordering a custom piece please allow 4-6 weeks for it to be made to order (i can always try my best to accommodate if it is urgent so please include this in the form submission or send me an email)
you are not required to use my designs, if you have reference images and ideas of what you want please attach this to the request. i will not steal or copy any original artwork from another person, if you specifically want an exact design at best will do an interpretation (if you provide evidence of artists approval to go ahead with using their design then id be more than happy to).
if you change your mind on the design, you have a small period between recieving photos of the sketch and receiving photos of the design painted to make any changes. once it has been bisque fired the design becomes permanent and can no longer be altered. please try to be as sure as possible of the exact idea of the design you want when putting in your order request.
if you decide to cancel your order altogether that is completely fine but please keep in mind that canceling an order means you will not be returned the deposit funds.
once the piece has been made, you are then required to pay the remaining amount of the bill including shipping cost if not doing local pickup. i will hold the piece up to 4 months and no later before it will be listed available on my store front, after 4 months without paying the final bill you will not receive back the deposit. if you are needing more time please email me or let me know, i am happy to accommodate.
if you are wanting matching/ identical pieces please be realistic that each piece may not be the exact same in terms of height, depth, shape and design (i will try my best to match each piece but i am not perfect)
